In this episode of 12-Minute Convos with Jesus Believers, Engel Jones connects with Nguty Stella, joining the program from Cameroon. Nguty shares a deeply moving testimony of how she came to properly know Jesus in 2015 after seasons of being on and off in her faith. As a self-described deep thinker, she realized that she could not transform systems or help others while carrying brokenness within herself. Nguty opens up about the deep losses she faced, including losing pregnancies, her father, and her own sense of identity. Instead of suppressing her pain, she learned to invite Jesus into her grief, discovering that true emotional and inner healing occurs when we allow God to restore our sense of belonging and enlarge our hearts through wilderness seasons. Transitioning from her original career in journalism and mass communication, Nguty now runs Diba Holistic Wellness Care, a mental and behavioral health center dedicated to holistic healing. If you have experienced loss, struggled with grief, or searched for emotional restoration, Nguty's story of grace, empathy, and wholeness in Christ will deeply comfort your soul!
