Guest's Bio

Dr. Ginger Sharp is a chiropractor and functional medicine practitioner who helps women move from feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and confused about their health to having clarity, direction, and a clear path forward.

Her work is deeply personal.

Dr. Ginger earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic and holds a Master's degree in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is also a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, combining clinical training with a root-cause, whole-body approach to healing.

After chiropractic school, Ginger and her husband, Dr. Josh, began building their life and growing their family. But behind the scenes, her health was declining. What started as fatigue and brain fog progressed into something much more severe.

At her worst, she struggled to form sentences, couldn't sleep despite being completely exhausted, and didn't have the strength to stand on her own. She would move from room to room using the walls for support and homeschooled her daughters from the floor because she didn't have the energy to sit up.

There were moments her husband found her unable to move, wondering if her body was shutting down.

Through a long season of searching, testing, and prayer, they discovered multiple root causes: Lyme disease, mold exposure, parasites, infections, heavy metals, and more.

Like so many women, she tried everything.

Detoxes. Cleanses. Supplements. Protocols.

But what changed everything wasn't doing more.

It was understanding how the body actually works and realizing that healing requires the right things, in the right order.

Grounded in her faith, Ginger believes that the body is fearfully and wonderfully made designed by God for life and healing. When given what it needs, the body has the ability to repair, restore, and function the way it was created to.

Step by step, as she began working with her body instead of against it, her health returned.

Today, she has the energy to be fully present with her family. She and Dr. Josh have two beautiful daughters that she homeschools, and she loves spending time together as a family going on adventures and continuing to grow in their faith, always seeking to be moldable and led by the Lord.

She has also found a new appreciation for movement and exercise, not as something she has to do, but as something she gets to do an expression of gratitude for the health she has regained.

She loves being outdoors, attending sporting events, and enjoying a slow Sunday afternoon watching golf, especially the Masters.

And when she's not working or with her family, you'll likely find her with a cup of coffee in hand, sitting in a cozy, tucked-away coffee shop with a friend, talking about life, faith, and everything in between.

Now, she and Dr. Josh help other women do the same.

Her mission is simple: to remind women they were designed by their Creator for life and healing and to give them the clarity and support to walk that out.
