This agreement grants Engel Jones, Amazel Enterprise, and their designated co-producers and hosts (including Jahaziel Jones, Amaziah Jones, and Angel David Jones), the Producers of #12minconvos with Jesus Believers and its family network podcasts, the right to use your likeness, video, and audio collected during production.
1. Global Distribution & Us
Mission
To record 5,000 testimonies and visit 195 countries by 2031.
This agreement grants Engel Jones, Amazel Enterprise, and their designated co-producers and hosts (including Jahaziel Jones, Amaziah Jones, and Angel David Jones), the Producers of #12minconvos with Jesus Believers and its family network podcasts, the right to use your likeness, video, and audio collected during production.
2. Grant of Rights
I, the Guest, hereby grant permission to Engel Jones, Amazel Enterprise, and family co-hosts Jahaziel Jones, Amaziah Jones, and Angel David Jones (collectively, the "Producer") the irrevocable right to use my full name, biography, video image, physical likeness, and audio collected during this production. I grant permission to record my image, voice, and performance, and transfer to the Producer all rights, title, and interest in the interview and associated media.
3. Global Distribution & Media
This grant includes, without limitation, the literary rights and the use of my image, photograph, silhouette, or other reproductions of my physical likeness and voice in connection with the unlimited distribution, advertising, promotion, exhibition, and use throughout the world and in perpetuity. This applies to all media currently known (including but not limited to 12minconvos.com, Odoo-hosted platforms, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Social Media) or hereafter devised across the #12minconvos platform and associated family podcast initiatives.
4. Release of Liability
I agree that I will not assert, maintain, or consent to others bringing any claim, action, suit, or demand of any kind against the Producer, its hosts, or contributors (including claims grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity, or other civil rights) arising out of the authorized use of my likeness and sound in #12minconvos with Jesus Believers or related family podcasts.
5. The Producer’s Commitment (Integrity Clause)
The Producer, in return, agrees to maintain the integrity of the interviewee's image, message, and voice. The Producer commits to neither misrepresenting the interviewee's words nor taking them out of context, ensuring the testimony remains a true reflection of the Guest’s faith and experience.
6. Voluntary Participation & Compensation
I attest that I have voluntarily agreed to be interviewed and that this document contains the entire agreement concerning the use of my interview. I understand that I shall not be given any fees or financial compensation for the services provided for this production.
7. Community & Sharing
I acknowledge that all recorded information is intended for the global edification of the Church and is shareable by the Producer across all networks. I am also encouraged to share the final production within my own networks to help spread this message of Hope.
