In this episode of 12-Minute Convos with Jesus Believers, Engel Jones connects with public health expert and academic Dr. Stephanie Fletcher-Lartey, joining the podcast from Sydney, Australia. Originally from the northern rural areas of Jamaica, Stephanie accepted Christ as a young girl and chose to be baptized before turning eleven. That early foundation of faith shaped her entire life and career as she served for over fourteen years as a public health inspector and regional environmental health officer in Jamaica.

After earning her doctorate in Australia, Dr. Stephanie recognized a critical need among Christian professionals who struggle to connect their spiritual life with their career. She shares a liberating message for believers: there is no conflict between serving God wholeheartedly and excelling in your profession. Rather than being preachy, she encourages Christians to simply own their God-given identity without apology, knowing that the Holy Spirit's presence in them impacts every environment they enter. Dr. Stephanie offers a compelling call for the next generation to view their daily workplace as a primary, ripe field for Kingdom impact. If you have ever wondered how to live out your faith authentically at work without compromising your career, Dr. Stephanie's wisdom will inspire and equip you!
