1. Listening, Tilling the Soil & Spiritual Alignment

The month of July was defined by the deep, sobering reality of listening closely to God's voice.

The season we find ourselves in is best equated to the arduous work of preparing the ground—the intentional tilling of the soil before the harvest. From a financial standpoint, our business experienced its slowest revenue month since pivoting specifically to #12minconvos with Jesus Believers. While we do not claim the pivot itself caused the slowdown, the two realities arrived together.

Even in the valley, there is no fear or worry. Scripture reminds us that the battle is already won. In response, Amanda and I have doubled down on sacrificial giving, trusting that radical generosity and obedience remain the true remedy. As Proverbs 3:5–6 reminds us: “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

2. Financial Realities & Sacrificial Adjustments

Navigating this lean season has required hard decisions and real operational adjustments across our household and ministry.

• Team & Payroll Shifts: Due to the decline in overall revenue, we had to make the difficult decision to remove Jahaziel's income for his editing role during this period.

• Donation Adjustments: In tandem with reduced income streams, the direct financial support we personally donate into this podcast project had to be decreased as we manage our resources responsibly.

• Steadfast Dedication: Despite these temporary financial constraints, our family remains fully committed to the work, continuing production with the same standard of excellence while trusting God for renewed provision.

3. Strategic Pivot: Coaching & Accountability Offering

Alongside our consistent recording schedule and meaningful connections with believers across the world, we have taken proactive steps to expand how we serve our community.

• Client Onboarding & Deep Strategy: We have introduced an exclusive coaching and consulting framework for selected, aligned podcast guests. The engagement begins with an intensive 2-hour strategy session focused on uncovering clarity and constructing tangible, Kingdom-centered goals.

• Weekly Accountability: Leveraging my background as an experienced coach and consultant, I provide ongoing hourly accountability every week to ensure these visionaries stay on track to fulfill what God has placed on their hearts.

4. Production, Excellence & the Budding Seed

Throughout July, the day-to-day discipline of building this platform remained steadfast:

• Family Craftsmanship: Every podcast snippet and episode continues to be manually edited for excellence by Jahaziel and thoroughly reviewed by Amanda, ensuring the standard of quality never wavers.

• Signs of Growth: Despite the initial drought, we are already witnessing undeniable confirmation that the ground we have prepared is bearing fruit. The seeds are budding, the connections are deepening, and the foundation is solidifying.

5. Looking Forward: There is HOPE

We step out of July grounded in faith, fortified by obedience, and clear on our calling. The soil is prepared, the seeds are planted, and we eagerly await the increase in God's timing.
